How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is included within the price! No surprise costs at checkout. Items are shipped with Royal Mail 2nd class.
Where do you deliver?
Unfortunately, at this point I can only ship within the UK.

Are all items handcrafted?
No! The tea towels are designed by myself and printed professionally within the UK to provide high quality durable items.
All other items are handcrafted by myself using locally sourced materials.
Can I customise my my order?
Currently I do not offer a bespoke service. However, if you do have a special request, please do not hesitate to contact me!
What material do you use?
Where possible, I use materials that are high-quality, eco-friendly and sourced from trusted UK suppliers. All packaging is sustainable.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Since the products are produced in small batches, we are unable to accept returns based on personal preference. We encourage you to check product details and photos before ordering - feel free to reach out with any questions beforehand! We always provide accurate product details nd images.
If your order arrived damaged or there's a problem, just let me know within 7 days - I am always happy to help!
